If you’re looking to improve your own email marketing game, Jay Schwedelson’s “Jay’s Scoop” is the email list you need to sign up for. It provides current marketing trends, AI prompts, upcoming marketing events, and tips for writing emails that actually get opened.
This gem of a newsletter is a favorite among our team. Both Sondra and Amy love the info it provides, and, as Sondra says, “There is zero fluff. It’s easy to scan and digest the main points, then decide if the topic is pertinent to you or not.”
If you’re not familiar with Bitly, it’s an online platform that lets you create shortened URLs, QR codes, and landing pages. And all of that is fantastic. But their emails? They’re engaging and funny — this is one email list you’ll never want to unsubscribe from.

Marketing Against the Grain is a newsletter from HubSpot (previously known as “Masters in Marketing”) that covers all things marketing. It’s always jam-packed with helpful and interesting information to improve your marketing.
One highlight of this newsletter is that they share stories and examples of marketing strategies from other businesses, so you can get an idea of what is and isn’t working for others.
All in all, this is one email you won’t want to skip!
